Eye Relaxation
Guided exercises to relieve digital eye strain, reduce dryness, and reset your eyes after screen-heavy sessions. Slow, passive, and calming.
20-20-20 Rule
Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. A guided timer that walks you through multiple cycles.
Palming
Cover your closed eyes with warm palms to block all light. A breathing-synced countdown guides you through deep rest.
Blink Training
Screen use reduces blink rate, causing dryness. This exercise prompts slow, deliberate full blinks to recoat and refresh the eye surface.
Slow Eye Roll
A dot traces the edges of the arena in a very slow, deliberate circle — guiding your eyes through a full range-of-motion roll.
Focus Breathing
A gently pulsing circle guides 4-second inhale and 4-second exhale cycles. Softens eye tension through controlled breathing.
When to use: After long screen sessions, when eyes feel dry or tired, or any time you need a reset. These exercises are passive and calming — there's nothing to track or react to, just follow the guide.
