Eye Warmup
Smooth pursuit exercises to warm up your eye muscles before training or a long session. Just watch the screen — keep your head still and follow the dot with your eyes only.
Figure-8
Follow a dot tracing a figure-8 pattern. Trains diagonal and combined horizontal/vertical eye movement.
Saccades
Two dots alternate on opposite sides of the screen. Jump your gaze between them as they light up — no head movement.
Circular Pursuit
Follow a dot orbiting in a smooth circle. Trains consistent rotational tracking and eye coordination.
Pendulum
A dot swings side to side like a pendulum, gradually increasing speed. Trains lateral eye movement.
Near-Far Focus
A target pulses from small to large and back — simulating shifting focus between near and far distances.
How to use: Keep your head still throughout each exercise. Move only your eyes to track the dot. If you feel strain, stop and rest. Do these before gaming or extended screen use.
